Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the industrial segment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute an Account Manager Business Plan, outlining strategic and tactical approaches to achieve targets.Plan and organize all sales activities, from prospecting to closing, following the established Sales Process.Ensure compliance with organizational processes and policies, as well as respond to written and verbal communications from management.Conduct ongoing performance analysis against the business plan, providing monthly reports with account strategies, current/proposed activities, customer visits, revenue status, and forecasts.Manage and nurture the customer pipeline in alignment with pipeline recognition rules, utilizing the Sales Force solution for activity tracking.Secure signed sales documentation to support revenue bookings.Retain existing accounts and enhance solution utilization by building long-term relationships with executives and key decision-makers.Provide market-related information to support management decisions and contribute to appropriate marketing activities.Key Qualifications:5-10 years of proven experience in sales, account management, and/or business developmentSpecialized in selling software solutions to Plant Owner Operators, EPCs, and/or Design consultantsPassionate about understanding and addressing customer business needsSkilled in investigating and uncovering critical customer problemsProficient in aligning solutions to address identified customer challengesMinimum of 7 years of experience in IT solutionsIn-depth understanding of business processes in relevant industriesPrevious roles in IT solutions providers, EPCs, Plant Owner Operators, or technology consultancies are advantageousPreferably holds a degree qualification or relevant professional certification.
